The tagging module allows you to track session interactions, such as searched queries, clicked products, or the products that have been added to the shopping cart, and send the collected data to the Empathy Platform's Tagging microservice.

For a correct perfomance, the Tagging module requires explicit consent from shoppers to associate the interaction events to the active session. Otherwise, no interactions will be tracked.
